Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A message sent to us includes the details you choose to provide, which we use to answer you.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs containing an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, Snohomish County and Washington offices, libraries, and outside search tools. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy, not ours. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Privacy rights depend on the data and applicable law. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, creates rights for covered consumer health data, including access, correction, deletion, and consent rules, but lawfully public government-record information is excluded from the relevant definition. Because we retain little, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Mill Creek East-area custodians, Snohomish County, or Washington agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to that office.
